This place is great if you have bad credit or no time to shop for a home! If you have time please use it, once they have your money they do not do anything more for you!!!!! I rent a house from them with a pool, I from day one have had a problem with pool. Pool was crystal clear and beautiful on day of move in. I have three children that love to swim so to them is was awesome to have their very own pool, but four days after move in it became cloudy. Now included in my rent are weekly pool care fees, pool guy came on fifth day said no problem just adjusted chemicals for extra use and would be fine... Well it wasn't pool never got back to clear pool is now shut down and extremely green!!!!!!! I have made several phone calls to get fixed but have been told chemicals is all they will pay for this pool had been inspected by a pool repair place and I was told it needs a 1 1/2 HP pump that's bare minuium well it has only a 3/4 HP on a 20,000 gallon pool so water is not circulating properly but will not replace pump. It needs drained and chlorine bathed and refilled but they won't do that either... I have several work orders on the inside of house but they will not fix!!!! I have lived in this house four months now and only used pool 4 whole days it's torture to my children it's 110 degrees and they can not use their pool .... Shady shady place please beware!!!!!!!!!!
