Mint Nails Spa & Studio, a conscious salon, located on 16th Street and Campbell near the Biltmore Arcadia area and Downtown Phoenix features products that use mostly organic and vegan ingredients, are environmentally friendly, and cruelty-free (have NEVER been tested on animals).
