Meghan grew up as a competitive gymnast and experienced many injuries throughout her career. She spent a lot of time in physical therapy and it ignited a passion in her to help others return to their sport or activity of choice. Meghan coached gymnastics for 12 years and learned that a lot of her athletes were not receiving the best care.
