I had used this company last year when my ac went out. I called and talked to Salty. He showed up the next day and fixed it. I had a great experience. My AC went out again a couple of days ago. Since I had such a great experience last year I called him again. This time I had a different tech. He was also extremely nice. Within five minutes he found the problem. A shutdown capacitor. He said the model I needed was one of the most expensive ones and it would cost me 200. I trusted this company so I said fine. After he left, I googled the capacitor number and the highest price I found with free shipping was 28.00. I called Salty and I asked him his hourly rate and he said it was 75.00. I told him that I found the part for 28 bucks and why was I charged 200. I knew I would pay for some labor. Salty said the tech charged me for 2.5 hrs labor and the part was free. The tech was in my house for 15 min tops. He said they had a min 2.5 hr charge which was never disclosed to me. I told him I wo

A nasty hail storm hit and out went our compressor's fan motor. I used Dexknows to find an A/C service company and found America's Comfort Heating and Cooling. Because of the storm they couldn't make it out that night, but the tech was at my door early the next morning. He was courteous, polite, helpful and professional. The service was great and I felt like we were treated very well. We will definetly use this company again.

Called at 4 PM Friday, July 4th weekend when air went out and temps soared. Phone answered immediately and someone arrived within the hour. Problem diagnosed and fixed easily and air back on. Service excellent and attitudes/behaviors superior. Would recommend them highly to anyone in need.

I have to tell you, when my A/C went out i was at wits end on who i should call.America's comfort was the one that took care of me with prompt and professinal service. Salty the Tech showed up with a smile on his face and yet being very professional with his knowledge let me me know what the problem was, and let me know the cost up front and took care of the repair. Their prices are fair and up front and if they come to fix your problems they waive the 29.95 service call if you have the repairs done.I know now who i will call in future with my A/C Repairs and preventions.
