I found that there was a lack of communication and organization. My pieces were there for almost 4 months and the appraisal still was not done despite assurances on more than one occasion. I will not go back.

Loretta and her staff were so helpful. Loretta was able to work with my budget and made the most beautiful ring! Everybody loves it and I send them all to Loretta!!!!
