Your 1915 W. Osborn Location has one heck of an employee! Juan was the definition of a GREAT associate! He knew his inventory, the pricing was fair, all of my needs were accommodated, AND I was in and out of the facility in about 20 minutes! Granted, I only needed to have one tire mounted and balanced, but when I arrived, Juan was assisting another customer. He excused himself from her, assessed my needs, finished up with the first customer, and got me taken care of! GREAT JOB, JUAN! Thank you very much! I don't usually write reviews in a positive light. You deserved this one! I will be back in the future!
