I haven't had to use a laundromat for a long time, and was a little confused when I first went in. The attendant, NaJean, immediately stopped cleaning and came over to help me. This was the cleanest business I've seen in ages. She was cleaning every minute that she was not helping people. From time to time I had "stubborn" machines, and she came over and showed me how to operate them. She helped me to use the larger washers, that I had never used. I was so impressed with her that I will always go back there and will recommend her to all of my friends. She is very impressive! Everyone in the laundromat was pleasant, friendly and cooperative. I think it was because she "sets the tone" when they come in. Everyone knows what the expectations are and they are respectful and seem to actually enjoy doing laundry. What a concept!
