Awesome! Took in my old Dell because it was not working, and they let me trade it in for store credit, and I walked out with a new Mac! They also replaced my iPhone cracked glass. Talk about a one-stop-shop! The Tech's there really know their stuff, very helpful explaining comparisons between different computers. Very knowledgeable. I got my MacBook Pro 17 inch unibody from here about 8 months ago. I love my new MacBook and I got it at a super deal. They have an extensive supply of Apple products at incredible prices. I will shop here for my Apple products first every time!



Last month, I got sick of my kids using my computer for their games and homework. So I picked up a Dell at LaptopXchange for cheap. They have laptops starting at $99! The Dell is a decent computer. It is perfect for my kids.



I have sent several friends and family there to get their iPhone screens fixed when they crack. They do it for much cheaper than the Apple store. Everyone has been highly satisfied with the service.



I also did trade my old MacBook for this new one. They transferred all my old information to the new laptop. What a great way to be "green!"
