The worst place to spend the night. I have to stay the night in the Phoenix area and chose la Quinta , I paid in cash, they asked me for a $100.00 cash deposit, at 7:30am maintenance was working on something, I could hear the hammer noise over and over, but the worst thing was at check out. The front desk rep asked someone to check if I didn't steal or damage the room. That was very rude. Honestly, I will never stay there....

An extraordinary experience staying at this Inn, the suites has good facilities, nice and cool rooms. The staff or receptionist is very nice and friendly which help you all the time. The treatment was really outstanding and they are very courteous.

The Front Desk Empolyees: Elizabeth who works the graveyard shift, Alexis, Vicky who work the morning shift are very nice. Elizabeth who works the graveyard shift, when she does her rounds around the property, she locks the sliding doors so no can enter. That's what I call being in a safe hotel. If you are a guest & went out & the doors are locked. You just use your room key to enter back into the hotel. Vicky & Alexis really do listen the your needs & requests. The place was perfectly located to where we had to be & go. They say Hello to you and ask if everything is ok with your room. How has your day been going. Very friendly place to stay. If I ever go back to Phoenix, I will stay there again. A must place to stay.
