We offer the famous Kiwi Lover One-Year Carpet Cleaning Warranty to our customers who purchase an initial cleaning of $120 or more. With the warranty, customers will be allowed to purchase unlimited warranty carpet cleanings for just $7 per room, plus a small trip charge for an entire year. In addition to carpet cleaning, Kiwi also offers carpet repair, air duct cleaning, rug cleaning, rug repair, upholstery cleaning, mold remediation, dryer vent cleaning, and much more. It is a pleasure to write a review of Kiwi Services and their exceptional customer service. Every question I had was immediately researched and answered and I think the carpets look like new again. The technicians were absolutely on time, courteous and they took care to make sure the job was done properly. Follow-through by everyone in Customer Service was prompt and efficient, and I really look forward to using Kiwi Services again later in the year. Excellent product and good marketing.
I've been a customer of Kiwi Services for several years. They have some of the most pleasant and professional employees in the carpet cleaning business. . They take the time to explain what will remove stains from food or pets. They are prompt and courteous; and most of all their pricing is very fair. I am very impressed with KIWI staff and the quality work they did for me. They were polite, careful to put a tarp down under the recliners that were being cleaned and worked quickly and thoroughly! Thank you Kiwi!!
I have been very pleased with the quality of work, ease of scheduling and price specials I have been able to use since starting with Kiwi. This has allowed me to have my carpets professionally cleaned on a regular basis at a price far lower than I had experienced elsewhere. Their employees are friendly and always on time and most importantly do an exceptional job. I take pride in telling my family & friends about Kiwi and highly recommend them..

We have been using Kiwi Services for almost a year now, and have been consistently pleased with the quality of work, safety of product used, and professionalism of the company. The technicians are prompt, friendly, and considerate of our home. We have white berber carpet, a toddler, and an indoor boxer dog-the later two challenge the integrity of the first for sure. Kiwi is able to remove stains and keep our carpet looking fresh. I encourage you to give them a try, you won't be disappointed.

I have used Kiwi several times and have been very happy with their carpet cleaning services. Once, I had to call to find out why they were late, but other than that I have been very pleased with their cleaning process. They have even moved a couple of pieces of furniture to get the job done.
I have used Kiwi Services for the last two years for the most part everything has been great scheduling is easy and I have not had any problems with that. The last gentleman that came out was very professional and helpful.

I am so very pleased that I accepted KIWI's warranty program, as it has given me the advantage to keep up with my carpet cleanings. The Technician, Tyler B. was fantastic & very personable & professional with his job performance. No pressure sales have been put on me and I am looking forward to my next Appt. I will highly recommend KIWI to my family friends & appreciate all their staff in all areas...especially in the email "family!" Thx! DD

Kiwi services did a very thorough job in cleaning my carpet and air vents. The service man that came out was very nice and respectable. He spent all day cleaning the carpets and air vents as if it was his home. And I have to say the house was so fresh and so clean....Not to mention the great deals that Kiwi Services offers.

As a first time customer I was totally unprepared for the quality of work that was performed by Antonio and Matthew. They did a fabulous job! Antonio took extra care to explain the process and the various options available and paid particular attention to some problem areas with my carpet. I will definitely recommend Kiwi Carpet, without hesitation, to friends. I would give Kiwi a rating of "5 Stars"....that being the BEST!"

kiwi cleaned my carpets on 7/7/2010. JR not only did a great job but was early for the window of time previously identified. This small item was greatly appreicated. I have used this company for years and will continue to use them for quick and easy carpet cleaning.
