I was expecting the Phoenix Kidzaam to look like the one in prescott. I was disappointed.. The wait time is a little long..this was my first time here and what I did not like was the front office girls (there was four of them) They act unprofessional. There was a young lady here that could not be seen with out her patent present..I guess her mom was not listed on paperwork and would have to have her dad here.. These ladies in the front were loud and singing out loud, joking and teasing each other.. Also as this young lady went out to use the phone to call her mom a few times, these ladies would make remarks like ' oh there she goes again as age left out side to use her phone. I could go on but these ladies need manners and to act more appropriate..

Awesome! This office is wonderful for parents who are concerned that their children will be taken care of and given that little extra comfort to those who are a little nervous. The staff- wow- what can I say... They have been taking care of my special needs daughter for almost three years, she is only 6! They treat her like one of their own. We have built a special relationship with the staff and would never think of going elsewhere. The doctors - professional -yet compassionate to take the time to explain so you understand exactly what will be done. This is not an in and out office. They take the time to answer any questions you may have and reassure you that your child is in the best hands. The office is catered to children so they have plenty to keep occupied till they go back, from movies to video games. If you are considering this office, I recommend that you go look and the office and speak with the staff. You will be making an appt!! Great job Kidzaam!

I love Kidzaam and plan to continue taking my 4 year old there...well, as long as they'll take him. The two times I've taken him in were for emergencies. The staff was great. Initially, my son was scared but they made him so comfortable that now he gets excited about visiting the dentist. I haven't had one bad experience with them. They follow-through with what they say they're going to do and they reassure both parents and children alike.

This office is absolutely wonderful. My niece has been going to this office since for the past 5 years, since she was 2 years old. She was totally scared of going to the dentist but from the moment we stepped in the door the wonderful staff and doctors at Kidzaam made all the difference. They took the time to ensure that she had a wonderful experience and every since that first day she loves going to the dentist.I have also been in the office and have seen the excellent care that they use when dealing with "Special Needs" children which is rare to find an office that will work closely with families of special needs to ensure that the child is getting the best dental care possible.I have also witnessed first hand the excellent care and the professionalism that each staff member shows when working with everyone's most precious asset - their child. I highly recommend Kidzaam Dentistry!!!!!!!!!!!

Kidzaam Dentistry is awesome. I have a special needs child and my child has never been treated so wonderfully. It all starts in the front office all the way back to the assistants in the back office. The girls in the front welcome the children to come back and see the pets, they play with them. They stop what they are doing just to take the time to pay attention to the children. The assistants in the back office are equally great. They take time to make the kids feel comfortable and help if there is any hesitation in the child or the parents. This place is wonderful, special needs children or not.

I took my child in to there office was quoted aproxamintloey $200 for out of pocket expensive after work was done they said they had to do less work but the bill was now over $300 and they said I had to pay for it before I took my child that was heavily sedated home. I contacted my insurance which this doctor is listed as a preferred doctor and my insurance side I should have payed only $150 the doctor is offering a $50 refund but refuses to refund the additional $100 I called 928-776-1700 were I was told by trudy to call 928-445-8033 which goes to an answering machine then called 928-771-2301 were I spoke to his son that told me he was at 928-776-1700 calling back I advised trudy that I know he is in and would like a call back once speaking to the owner Albert Mitchel Higgins 7/29/1956 I am filling small claims against albert and susan higgins at 3100 w renegade rd prescott in williamson valley rd a judge will have to make the discission now to bad they could have not kept there world.

I had been going here for years. my kids loved Dr Brenke. i guess he moved on and when i brought my child back for a routine visit my child saw some other dentist. They make your appointment, call you to confirm the appointment, take your child to the back by them selves, decide the child needs treatment, the assistant goes over needed work with you and never do you sese the dentist. you bring your child back for treatment, this other person does the treatment and it isnt until everything is done that you find out some stranger is treating your child. never was i advised at any point my child was being seen by anyone other than Dr Brenke. very bad buisness in my opinion
