      Kent & Bechtel, P.L.L.C. is a dynamic, women owned and operated law firm which seeks to promote harmony in the health care community between hospitals, providers and consumers. We counsel all members of this triad and provide experience in and out of the courtroom as established medical malpractice trial attorneys. We provide a full array of services including risk management and advice on health care regulation for appropriate entities and providers. Kent & Bechtel is on the forefront of a rapidly changing health care system. Kent & Bechtel also provides counsel and advice regarding local, state, and federal regulations, including Medicare and Medicaid, representation before regulatory agencies such as the Arizona Medical Board and comprehensive legal counsel to correctional healthcare providers and facilities. We have served the community for over fifteen years and enjoy a respected membership in the medical/legal community. History of Kent & Bechtel Kent and Bechtel formed out of the partnership of Kimberly Kent and Melinda Bechtel who first teamed up together in 2002 as trial counsel for physicians, hospitals, and select injured persons. Since that time we have earned a reputation as solid trial attorneys, who are hard working, responsible and devoted to our clients. We have chosen to focus on a variety of medical legal matters and take pride in our commitment to understand the medicine as well as the legal implications of treating disease. Moreover we understand and counsel clients regarding the business of health care. We compete in a relatively small market of attorneys who practice in our area. The integrity of our firm holds strong in a large part because important decisions are made carefully, often using a team approach. We aspire to provide services to clients, not only in Arizona but also in the Western Region of the United States. We have successfully tried two major medical malpractice cases to verdict in Clark County Nevada ( Las Vegas ) and are growing our portfolio in areas that border Arizona.
