      Kaylee "Kay" Vickers strongly believes that nutrition, exercise, and time spent outside are core principles to wellbeing. Kay was born and raised in Nashville, TN and earned her undergraduate degree in Nutrition & Food Sciences from the University of Tennessee in Knoxville. After graduation Kay moved to Boston, MA where she completed her Dietetic Internship at Massachusetts General Hospital. As a Registered Dietitian, Kay worked in both managerial and clinical settings eventually focusing on ICU care. Most recently Kay was living in Phoenix, AZ where she was working in Primary Care after attending Midwestern University and obtaining her Master of Medical Sciences in Physician Assistant Studies. Kay lives with her husband, dog, cat and degu. In her free time she climbs and hikes. Her favorite recent climb was Reynas y Reyes in El Potrero Chico. Her favorite recent hike was the South Rim Trail at Big Bend National Park.
