I have used Jim's Auto for both of my vehicles for the last two years. They have done a great job on everything I have brought in, and I have referred several friends who are now customers. It is nice to be able to talk to Jim and have him (the owner and mechanic) explain things so my wife and I can see exactly what is wrong, if/when it should be replaced, etc. The prices are way cheaper than going to a dealer, and like I said, I get to talk to Jim, not just a service manager. I went in to see Jim about doing some minor repairs to the interier of my vehicle. I had never been to Jim's and being a girl, I wasn't sure what to expect. He was very professional and courteous and was able fix my repairs in a short period of time. The car looks like new! I just moved to the neighborhood and from now on I will now take my cars here to get them serviced and fixed. I finally found a mechanic that I can trust and won't try to fix something on my car that isn't broke! Jim's Auto, only fixes what needs to be taken care of, and recommends anything else that might keep my car in better shape.
