Provided by YPmobileI have filed a complaint with the BBB as well as attorney general against this company. Employee "Curtis" and employee "Robin" were extremely rude and unprofessional. I have been having automatic payments for a medical debt come out of my bank account every month. This one month I ran into financial troubles this month and called to delay one payment. THEY LAUGHED AT ME AND HUNG UP ON ME TWICE. I called back to get their supervisors information and was transferred to them who then threatened me. This doesn't end here...

Provided by YPmobileI received a call from them and guys name was Kirk or Curtis and he was so rude and I said I'm sorry I can't pay today and he said Well I'll note you refuse to pay and hung up! I never refused just not today so I call to complain to Robin and she was very rude also and treated me like I was dirt!

Provided by YP.comAn absolutely unprofessional business. Staff does't care about consumer or helping them understand Fair Debt Collection Practices Act. I agreed to pay the $60, presumedly owed do to a medical insurance mistake. I agreed to pay and ask to be given the full name of staff members handling my file so that I can file a compliant with the supervisor. The staff that called me threaten to mark my file as "neglating to pay" and hang-up on me twice.

Provided by YP.comI had the displeasure of dealing with the freakin dumb*&%&*s from this idiotic company. When I got a phone call from them, they initially asked for my name. I responded who are you trying to reach, why would you call if you don't know who you and trying to reach. Then they said my name then asked what is your last name and social security number and phone number. I then asked them who is this and what company do you represent? I received the most retarded answer, " I can't tell you until you verify all the information I asked for" I told this person that I was not giving out any of the requested information and the person I was talking to started giving me smart @$! remarks, laughing at me then finally hung up. I called back to complain about this person and one supervisor named Curtis answered and ended up hanging up on me. I called back again and got a manager (I think) named Robin and she made me so mad because she was more interested in my personal information and wasn't listening to my complaint that I used really bad words with her obviously I cannot type them. I have never had someone make me so mad to the point of using curse words at someone I know nothing about. Although I had to click on a star I actually give them none. These people are the most rude, offensive, ignorant and unprofessional group of people (idiots). I could go on with the put downs but I've spent enough time on these *$#^ heads!!!!

Provided by DexKnowsI received a phone call from the company from a Sandy. She was quite rude in talking to me. I am a senior citizen on a low income and cannot do anymore then what I am doing. Other places I have dealt with due to a large amount of medical bills, have not been so rude. It is a shame that now I will be saddled with dealing with JR Bros Financial company for awhile now. They are more understanding of my situation and are willing to work with me.

Provided by YP.comVery irresponsible in their methods in collection. While we expect collection agencies to be nasty and blunt in order to collect the funds, we do not expect them to insult those that do not hold a debt. Nor do we expect them to insult non-paying persons who are seeking information so that they can better understand what is owed and how to go about making a payment.
There's an old saying that you catch more flies with honey than with vinegar - and that truly applies here. I pity any business that has employed JR Brothers.
