Insulfoam was founded in 1959 and manufactures and sells molded, expanded polystyrene for insulation. It utilizes pre-expansion, molding and cutting equipment. The company is a wholly owned subsidiary of Western Plastics, which manufactures plastic pipes and other construction products and was purchased by Hepworth Plastics. Insulfoam is one of the largest producers of block-molded expanded polystyrene in the United States. It serves the construction, insulation, industrial and residential roofing, and door and original equipment manufacturer markets. The company offers include computer-aided design, engineering and manufacturing services, as well as has operations throughout Utah, Ohio, Texas and Florida. Insulfoam also provides its services to the residents of Colorado, California, Arizona and New Mexico.
