Founded in 1991, HomeBase Youth Services is a nonprofit organization that serves at-risk and homeless youths. It offers street outreach, transitional living, and substance abuse and mental health care programs. In addition, the organization provides independent living, mobile medical outreach, employment and life skills training programs. It offers medical treatment, counseling, case management and referral services. HomeBase Youth Services resource program includes food, clothing, hygiene supplies, and laundry, resume writing assistance and substance abuse intervention services. It provides supervision and support services for youths who reside at independent living centers. The organization conducts classes on healthy lifestyle development and disease prevention.
