I thought my 2009 Mustang was totaled! After the hail storm we had in Phoenix I had like 2000 dings all over my car. The thought of having to "bondo" a new car made me sick. I drove by this place on W Camelback and decided to pull in and check it out. They told me that they could do Paintless Dent Repair and that no painting was needed! I was a bit hesitant at first but they allowed me to watch a technician do this process and It was amazing... I left the car there (they paid for a rental car for me!!!) and picked it up 2 days later! IT LOOKED BRAND NEW!! :) Car Fixed and it cost me NOTHING! (well I guess I pay insurance every month so technically not nothing but they didnt charge me my deductible and paid for my rental so really this was an amazing experience.

We have been going to Fairway Auto for well over a year, and are very pleased with the crew of repair techs that Dale, the owner has working for him. The techs are fast, thorough & competent in all of the work that they perform. When we go in for a certain repair, any tech that Dale will assign the repair to, he will also check everything else, and if he finds a potential problem, will make a notation of the problem for Dale, then Dale will advise us of the problem, and if it needs to be resolved very soon or later on in the future. Dale will also work with us on a payment plan if the repair is extremely high and puts a crimp in our household budget. I have known Dale Bertram for over 10 years. He has been the only mechanic of my 1972 El Camino during this time. He tells me what is wrong with it, what he would do and I decide if I want to spend the money. I wouldn't trust anyone else with my car. Besides he is just a plain nice guy!
