I have found the Pharmacy to be clean and well organized. The staff bends over backwards to give superior customer service.

Aug 29th at 8pm I went to fry's to fill an important prescription for pain medication. I had just gotten out of the hospital after having major surgery. I told the clerk I needed the pain prescription tonight because I was in pain and just got out of the hospital. She said she would have to ask the pharmacist. She reached for my scripts so I gave them to her. After she scanned them she just stood there, so I said again that I need the pain script tonight. She said again she would have to ask the pharmacist but probably not because they were backed up. Again, she stood there. She NEVER asked the pharmacist! Did she think I was going to walk away without an answer? I took my scripts back and am now lingering in pain while my girlfriend finds a 24hrs pharmacy out of town. This store is useless! This is the second time they left me without pain meds. The first time they took my scripts and told me it would be ready in the morning but it wasn't ready until 5pm. I won't buy meat there because I have had to return spoiled meat to them repeatedly. Fish I won't buy there for the same reason. I'm steering clear of frys from now on. They have terrible customer service and lazy employees. Say goodbye to 400 a month I use to send there.
