      We are an Internal Medicine Practice offering primary care located in Phoenix, AZ. Our main goal is to provide High Quality Primary Care, Preventative Care and Acute Medical Care to the residents and surrounding areas of Chander, AZ, including, Ahwatukee, Sun Lakes, Gilbert, Tempe and Maricopa. We have SAME DAY APPOINTMENTS available as well as Walk In appointments. Our Hours are Mondays - Fridays 8am - 5p and Saturdays 8am - 1pm.
