I have lived here for 3 1/2 years. Staff is wonderful! Very caring and helpful. The complex is in Sunnyslope but off the beaten path. I have lovely neighbors and have not had any issues with crime but the neighborhood towards Cave Creek Rd. is shabby. I am looking at other apartments before I renew my lease in Nov. For the price, this is a nice apartment complex. Clean and beautifully maintained!
