Our sign fell and got scratched and dinged upon falling. Had it been hung correctly in the first place, probably wouldn't have fallen, and we wouldn't have had to call Fast Signs to fix it. The guy that came out, put it back up as it was, scratched and dinged! We asked him to replace the sign. A few days later he and the owner of the sign company, Scott, came out with a new one that was way worse than the other sign. It was dinged on all four corners, plus more scratches, and in general looked really poorly done. Scott went on vac right after that and promised to come out the following Wednesday upon return from vac. He blew us off on Wednesday. He blew us off again the following day after 4 phone calls that he did not return. On Friday we finally got ahold of him and asked him to come out that day. Again he blew us off! He finally called us back about 10 minutes before close of business to say he wouldn't be able to make it (oh really?). Said he would be out Tuesday, that was the earliest he could come out. Almost a week after he initially said he would be out to fix our sign. Scott obviously does not know the meaning of CUSTOMER SERVICE. We will not use Fast Signs ever again. Please beware of using this vendor. If you are interested in quality work, go elsewhere!
