I chose Falcon relocation as my mover to go from AZ to MI. The people came to my house and we went through the expenses. They saw I had a tv and asked if I wanted to pay extra to get it boxed so it wouldnt break on the trip since it was a glass screen. Upon delivery I was saddened to see that my TV was shattered and the stand had snapped off. The guy delivering it said they had left the tv stand on so it would have snapped no matter what. Ok..... now I am a little upset but hey its just a little mud and they will pay me back for the tv they broke. So I call falcon relocation and they direct me to a third party claims department. I fill in the information and called to make sure I had all paperwork that was needed. It has now been 4 months since I submitted the claim and after numerous calls to both the claims department and Falcon relocation it appears like nothing is going to happen. ll though my status on my claim says pending no one can tell me whats going on.

These guys were awesome. They made moving look easy and it was definitely a white glove service. These guys handled my stuff gently and carefully. They had all the right equipment and showed they were knowledgeable with packing techniques. Delivery came on time as expected and everything was safe and sound. Great work guys. I have to say, I was totally impressed with my experience with Falcon. It was truly OUTSTANDING! Everything was perfect from start to finish and very reasonably priced. Nothing was damaged or missing. The packers and drivers were excellent and professional. Moving can be one of the most stressful times, and they made me feel so calm and relaxed. I highly recommend them. The estimator was highly professional and I was truly impressed with their service. I never dreamed it would turn out this well. I moved from Phoenix to Ohio. Excellent!!! I couldn't be happier!

I am very particular about my things. That is why I always get anxious when it comes to moving somewhere. But on my last move, Falcon Relocation gave me a great experience. They are very professional and punctual to deal with. On the day of the move, they came and padded and wrapped my furniture so well that all those were in perfect condition without any scratches or dents. They knew what I wanted and helped me to set up all the things in the new house perfectly within a short time. I was really impressed to see that the crew gave their 100% for my satisfaction and the price was also affordable! Give them a try if you want to be relaxed while moving, they are just wonderful.

I've used Falcon Relocation twice this year and have been extremely pleased each time. They took very good care of my belongings and were careful to not ding walls when moving out of my old place and into the new place. The guys were courteous, polite and very hard workers. They also worked with me to ensure my storage unit was packed exactly the way I wanted it. Overall, my experience with this company has been excellent.
