They literary have destroyed my house. They glued my outside back door shut. They set up their power saw outside to cut pieces next to my band new luxury car and covered it from back to front with saw dust. The installer then came up to me and told me that I had to get my car wash. It cost me $25 to wash it and that is when I found a dimple in the side of the rear door paint where a piece of wood hit it. No apology or regret from Empire, just an arrogant attitude. I brought up the fact that the transition piece in the kitchen was way higher than the door and it was not covering the seam when the floor was install the only reply was, "not my problem, you have to plane the doors. I just install floors." Just so you know I am a senior citizen, disabled with crippling arthritis. The installer had a translator with him and the installer had a very smug attitude. I have other flooring jobs and I plan to go else where. Beware!
