This is the best place in Phoenix.these guys have been very helpful when my trans broke I visited about 4 shops and they all wanted to replace my tranny instead of figuring out what the problems is and fixing it. in about half an hour they figured out that they needed to rebuild my transmission.
took about 4 business days, job done right and for less than other shops.thanks

Hello everyone , just thought i would share my experience with this shop. i took my truck in with a blown transmission. Once the rebuild was done i was given 1 month of warranty to my surprise due to the fact that i had not paid the full price for the rebuild . let me explain , when i had the truck inspected and he gave me a quote for 1,300 with a one year warranty. i told him that i was going to shop around i was looking for a bit cheaper. He told me that he would do it for 1,100 . i agreed , and that's why he lowered my warranty which i thought was low he did not tell me till the job was done and i had handed him the money. So my fault, for not writing out a contract with this shop . i grab my truck and take it for a spin a it will not shift in to overdrive. i took it straight back. they told me that it was a problem with the transmission cooler being dirty, when me and the shop talked the job over before they even touched my truck they said the would look into the transmission cooler being dirty and if so they would take care of that . Which they did not, so i had to shell out another 70 dollars for them to fix it .Went to pick my truck, when i got the call that it was ready and same problem took it back and now they said its something else so now they want 175 dollars but they are not sure that it will fix the problem .... i'm in the middle of looking for legal help but im still getting the run around.
