Dr. Paul is a long time resident of Scottsdale, Arizona. He graduated from Saguaro High School and earned a B.S. degree in Biology from Arizona State University. Dr. Paul obtained his optometry degree from Southern California College of Optometry in 1983 and has practiced in the Paradise Valley/North Phoenix area since then. He is a member of AOA, AZOA and the Central Arizona Optometric Society. Dr. Paul is able to converse in Spanish with patients when needed.
