      I have a Portuguese water dog who gets dirty, matted, is terrified of groomers (except these nice people) and is basically a chore to keep groomed. This place is absolutely her favorite and therefore mine. Prices are low, service is the best (and I have tried groomers all over Phoenix, in vet's offices and independents.
