They are very expensive and their customer service is lacking as well. You can't do anything over the phone or online. You have to go to their offices between the hours of 9 and 4 but of course not during their lunch hour between 12 and 1. They are not a business that recognizes they are in the 21st century. Their office staff is rude and not knowledgable of their services or accounts. But unfortunately if you are in their service area you are stuck with them.

Diversified Water admits that they are the second most expensive water company in the state. God help the customers of the most expensive. The service is fine. The bills are outrageous! My water bill averages over $100. They also seem to flunk water quality standards every so often and they leave notices on the door about elevated levels of contaminants. As water companies go, this one leaves a lot to be desired.
