      The park is a nice place. Great location. If you expect to see grass forget it. They do allow pets but it isn't pet friendly. Everything is gravel. The showers are anything but nice. There is no privacy. Remindered me of living in a barricks. If you are in the middle shower and the other two are IN USE YOU GET WHAT THEY WASH OFF. WI FI is a additional cost as well. The computers that are avaiable have no printing abilities

      Wonderfully friendly community. My parents were charter members and truly enjoyed traveling from Iowa to spend winters there until 2010.

      This beautiful, well manicured RV and Park Model resort is located in North Phoenix, just off of I-17. With 638 spaces this RV resort offers everything you could want, whether you're simply looking for a short term stay or permanent home in beautiful Phoenix! While the resort itself is a tranquil, friendly place to stay, it is located close to everything you need in Phoenix, including many golf courses, shopping malls, grocery stores, banks, restaurants and entertainment. However, with our friendly staff, extensive amenities and social director you may never want to leave the resort! We have 75 foot long RV pull thru spaces and wide back in RV spaces, all with a concrete patio, 50/30 amp and water and sewer hookups.
