      As The Life Coach Dr., Marlene Shiple, Ph.D. provides life and relationship coaching to patients in the Phoenix, Arizona area. Dr. Shiple has been helping people with wellness life change services since 1975. Her goal is to help you understand and reach your goals. In our office, we utilize traditional psychological coaching and psychotherapy techniques, hypnosis and self-hypnosis, hypnotherapy, EMDR therapy (Eye Movement Desensitization and Reprocessing), relaxation training, and other interventions. When you work with the emphasis is on working with you individuallyas our patientto develop practical strategies and achieve your desired goals. The aim of coaching is to achieve specific goals or develop specific skills. There are many types and methods of coaching. At The Life Coach Dr. we design an individualized approach that specifically addresses your needs. Sessions can be either one-on-one or one-on-two (for a couple), in-person interactions, or small group involvement at-a-distance via tele-seminar or webinar.For those of you who live in the Phoenix-area, we work in-person. This allows us to use additional coaching tools.
