stop thinking about$$$$/start thinking about the clients for a change.alot of you just seems to think is just a pay check. Its all about how you like to be treated. THINK ABOUT IT?

COMTRANS USE TO BE A ONE OF THE TOP TRANSPORTATION I COULD COUNT ON, THERE WERE A FEW THAT REALLY CARE, THESE DRIVERS,WERE ALWAYS LOOKING OUT FOR THERE CLIENTS VERY PROFESSIONAL,NOT ONLY WAS THIS A JOB FOR THESE SPECIAL DRIVERS . THEY MADE US CLIENTS FEEL WANTED. TOO BAD THE DRIVERS I AM WRITING ABOUT NO LONGER WORKS FOR COMTRANS. I CAN NAMEA FEW DRIVERS, ANY ONE THAT REMEMBERS THESE DRIVERS WOULD AGREE ELENA,JENNIFER,JOANN,GLORIA.JENNIFER THESE DRVERS BROUGHT A SMILE TO THE CLIENTS FACE. HUMAN RESOURCE YOU SHOULD FIND THESE SPECIAL DRIVERS AND REHIRE THEM . THEY REALLY CARE. SIGN A FORGOTTEN CLIENT.

I truly enjoy using ComTrans over any other transportation company around. The staff is enjoyable and the ride is very personal. Sure they may run a few moments behind, but who doesn?t in overcrowded city. A+ SERVICE!

I've had a lot of problems since the day I started with this company. When they are late They never call to tell the client that they are going to be late. Other times they never show up on time for your appointment making you 1 hour late. Or they won't show up at all. I was also left at my appointment office till midnight and the customer service personal didn't want to send another person to pick me up leaving me in the dark. I would love to meet anyone else that might have been having the same problems maybe we could work out some kind of petition to make improvements for us clients. If anyone out there in considering on taking this transportation I would recommend you to take another route save yourself the torment.
