The Office of Child Care Licensing is a public agency that regulates a variety of regulatory compliance programs. It monitors and inspects licensed and certified child care facilities and group homes throughout Arizona. The agency coordinates a range of technical assistance and training programs for caregivers, as well as provides educational sessions to the general public. It offers inspection reporting, rule enforcement, documentation and license processing services. The Office of Child Care Licensing additionally provides program information and related resources for parents and consumers. The agency is a part of the Division of Licensing Services, which is responsible for the monitoring of health and child care facilities and providers throughout the state. The Division of Licensing Services is operated by the Arizona Department of Health Services.
