Established in 1987, the corporation primarily serves clients in the downtown Phoenix. It is one of the lead agencies that provide community based support programs, such as Affordable Housing, English Language Learning, Youth Leadership Development, Parenting Development, After School programs, as well as Crime and Blight reduction programs.
