      not reliable, unprofessional- no regard for customer service.

      Repair work needed was scheduled 3 different times. Repair man never showed up, and he didn't even call to try and reschedule. Every time I had to call and reschedule, and every time the repair man made up excuses. This last time I spoke to him, he acted as if it were the first time speaking to him. Apparently, he is too BUSY, to take care of his customers. Totally UNPROFESSIONAL!
