I've been browsing Bruno for years, but only in the last few months have I pulled the trigger on doing some reloading for accuracy (I have a blue machine to pump out ammo for general fun). I just spent some time in the store working with them to select the right steps to begin with for my reload process, saving some for later. They helped me select the right tools for each step (dies, trimmer, measurement, etc). The people at Bruno are extremely knowledgeable and helpful. The store is no-frills, packed and organized to the point that it would satisfy the most fastidious OCD sufferer! They do a lot of their business online, but I have the luxury of living relatively close. You don't go to Bruno to chat. You go to Bruno for their in depth knowledge, outstanding selection and great prices.

12/2013...very high shipping rates . they refuse to use USPS for light weight items, saying they only ship once a month USPS because they can't get pickups. Funny they are located Phoenix though. Tried to charge me $18.95 + $3.00 handling fee on a trigger that cost $200. Suggest checking out their completion's shipping rates before buying from them.

Was looking for some bullets for .223 reloading. Saw their website and had "IN STOCK as of 1/31/13" on 2/12/13. Placed order and got confirmation email with order number. Two weeks pass and no shippig notification or card being processed. Emailed them to ask about status. They say they have no record of my order. Two days go by and they finally email and say they found my order but now item is out of stock and they dont know whey they will get stock. Maybe they want me to pay the higher prices for the same thing? They could have emailed me and let me know and I wouldn't have missed out on a nother website that had them in stock for a little bit more. I understand it's crazy with the gun control scare but to not even email me to say they don't have them in stock... Some might say why didn't I just order from the other website and then cancel this order...well I just don't have that much money burning a hole in my pocket. I make do with what I can and it was tied up here...

Highly recommended for reloading supplies. If they don't have it in stock, they can get it.
