cutomer used profanity toward salesmen

I had everything I needed after only spending 20 minutes in their showroom. Staff was very customer service oriented. I live in phoenix and needed some custom tile for my kitchen. Arizona's best flooring company hands down!!

The Salesperson was RUDE and Very unprofessional for the start!! We were treated like our business was not needed for no reason at all other then I commented that I did not want the cheapest carpet he had for fear it would wear quickly. He took offenseive, thought I was calling ALL his carpet cheap and told me he could not help me and walked away!!! I replied it must be nice to have so much business you could turn away customers and he replied "I can't help you!" I later called to speak to a Manager/Owner and he was told I was calling their carpet cheap - which I was not! He then said, I dont' know why you called, just don't come in here anymore! I replied, I called to let you know how rude your employee was to your customers and basically turned my business away and thought you as an owner should know and re-educate his employees on PROPER CUSTOMER SERVICE and that I HAD NO Intentions of ever coming back and he hung up on me. TERRIBLE CUSTOMER SERVICE, RUDE and UNPROFESSIONAL!!!!
