Briarwood Cabinetry & Millwork

Bought a laminated custom cabinet from Briarwood. The edges of the cabinet started peeling off 2 months after install of the new cabinet. The owner Rod McGalliard committed to coming to fix over seven times and never showed. Finally, we had to bring doors to him and wait hours for them to be fixed. Face frame still has missing edge and owner has now refused to fix it. Upon visiting my husband was repeated treated rudely, laughed at and shoved to the floor by the owner. People and places of business like this need to be called out so others are aware of their practices. All we wanted was a brand new cabinet to be fixed from shoddy workmanship and quality.The company advertises it is licensed but we could not find a license for them. They can hide from the public because they mainly work with contractors. Absolute nightmare.
