      Loved This Place!!

      I board my dog here and have had him groomed twice here! I have never had any issues and the staff is great! Whenever we get close my pup starts to get so excited in the car and runs right to the back as soon as we walk in! I always call to check on him during his stay and the staff gives me a very informative update. We have him groomed the day we are scheduled to pick up and they get him done in the morning and he's always fresh and clean ready to go when we arrive! I highly recommend this place.

      I took my dog to get his haircut, they asked for the best number for me to be reached at in case he got done early. I gave them my number and didnt hear from them, so went in right before they closed to pick him up. When I got there they informed me that he was unable to get a haircut becuase he was uncooperative?! I proceeded to ask what time they tried to groom him, keeping in mind i dropped him off at 1030am. They said around 1230....I was there at 2:30pm to pick h im up and yet no one called me to inform me he was unable to get his hair cut, so unprofessional. Why would you take someones phone number yet not call them to let them know!!!! It is MY DOG and MY RIGHT to know what is going on, then they decided to charge me 18 bucks for a wash! All the time I was waiting to go get him I could have taken my pet somewhere else! DONT GO HERE! I think you should evaluate your staff and professionalism.

      Services/Products
      All canine accommodations include comfy blankets and bedding, supervised activities several times a day in our large playgrounds, snacks after playtime and lots of personal attention from our dedicated staff. Daily meals are included. In addition to overnight accommodations, we offer a safe, fun daycare environment to leave the little ones when you're away for the day or at work. All guests signed up for our group play (whether daycare or boarding) must be spayed or neutered and well socialized with other pets. Puppies eight months and younger that may not yet be altered do qualify for group play. A temperament evaluation will be conducted prior to entering the group environment. If an owner chooses not to sign our Group Play Waiver, or a guest is not eligible for the group setting they still get playtimes throughout the day with our activity staff in our large acre+ backyard filled with toys, climbing equipment, and water activities. No waiting for twice a day walks here! Boulder Falls guests can receive Full Service Professional Grooming from our experienced staff at The Salon located within the resort. Whether your pet needs a basic clean-up or a full haircut, our stylists are dedicated to making your pet's salon visit relaxing and refreshing. The salon books up fast and reservations are advised. Schedule your pets appointment when making reservations or at check-in. The Salon is Open to the Public so you do not have to be boarding to take advantage of our grooming.
