Excellent selection, food always hot which is unusual for a buffet. They use smaller trays and are continually refilling selections. We have requested items that were not featured on this visit but others if you can describe the chefs will generally make these items upon request. Nice selection of sushi and desserts. Staff is very attentive keep the restaurant clean and well maintained. This is our first choice for Chinese when going out. Food is flavorful and always fresh. I am proud to recommend this retaurant to others.
