I sent my husband in to change the battery on my BMW because the light comes on from time to time. Today was the last day to exchange the battery and the guys at the counter gave him a hard time saying that the battery was fully charged and they couldn't change it out without an explanation. The explanation was that the battery light is coming on, yes it's not on right now and yes the battery shows fully charged but it's my right to have it changed out as long as it's within the time frame right?!?! My husband was so upset because they acted like he was bothering them, it's your job to assist not to judge or to be rude. I will NEVER go to this AutoZone on 43rd ave and McDowell EVER again and I will ensure my friends and family know the RUDE customer service that was provided to us via Facebook and all other social media.
