Dr. Syms was good to my child and did his surgery, however the office staff is unorganized and does not listen to the instructions to which hospital it needed to be done at due to insurance. The first visit we waited in the waiting room for 4 hours due to a referral issue that should of been handled a month prior and the staff speaking in short snappy answers. My sons surgery was postponed three months longer due to not listing to the first dr. orders.

Love this place, they answered every question i had without a problem. they are very well organized and actually carry about their patients.

A recently had surgery with Dr. Syms. He explained the other ways I could manage my problems. He went over the surgery in detail. I am very happy with his care.
