• Hearing Aid Repair (45 min)
  This appointment could include the following: Repairs, Cleaning, Adjustments, Re-programming, etc.

• Clean & Check (30 min)
  This could include the following: Earwax Removal, Custom Ear Mold Impressions, Custom Hearing Protection, Auditory Rehabilitation, Tinnitus Evaluation & Treatment Recommendation, etc.

• Follow-Up (1 hr)
  New hearing aid fittings come with a 45 day follow-up period. We regularly schedule follow-ups at 1 week, 3 weeks, and 6 weeks after a Hearing Aid Fitting appointment. Schedule this appointment if you are within your 45 day fitting period.

• Hearing Aid Fitting (1 hr 15 min)
  Schedule this appointment to get fit with your new hearing devices or your Neuromonics device.

• Ear Mold Impression (30 min)
  For Custom Ear Molds, Swim Plugs, or Hearing Protection.

• Select Hearing Aid Evaluation (1 hr)
  Evaluation to determine the best hearing aid treatment option.

• Ear Mold Impression - SoundGear (30 min)
  Impression appointment for SoundGear Custom Electronic Hearing Protectors. No Need For Insurance Information.

• Phone Consultation (1 hr)$250.00
  Phone Consultation.

• Consultation (1 hr)
  In-Person consultation with Dr. Cliff Olson.
