I use Appliance Doctor Inc for all my rental homes. The office is very nice and Steve is very professional and seems to know his stuff when it comes to appliances.

My dryer is fixed and is now working, but it took them awhile to get the job done. I feel the customer service is terrible.There is also poor communcation between the office and the repairman. I was told a part had to be ordered on a Friday and would be in by Mon./Tues at the latest, and heard nothing. I called Tues. and Wed. to check on the status of the part and it still wasn't in( I am wondering if it was even ordered on the previous Friday to begin with).On Wed. I was told the ETA for the part was Thurs. and they would call on its arrival to schedule service the following day(1 week after intial assessment of problem) but was never contacted.When I called Friday morning,they said the part was in,but I couldn't be seen until the following Monday, since the repairman was already out for the day. Why wasn't I called and scheduled?! Another weekend without a dryer! It was down for 2 weeks! An appliance down is a huge inconvenience. This company has no empathy for its customers!
