I know there is a lot of hype about how "pretty" and "clean" this salon is, but it's absolutely not worth it because the technicians are so rude. They oftentimes will talk on the phone while doing your nails, which usually results in a sloppy and haphazard job. Plus, they have a very haughty attitude about everything, and will turn their nose up at you if you do not look like you're made of money. I have gone here more than once to try it out, and always leave feeling insulted and neglected. Don't go here. There are at least 5 cheaper, friendlier nail establishments on Ray Road -- you deserve better!

I love Angel Touch Nails in Ahwatukee, have been going there since they opened. I know and adore the owners, they are so personable and take very good care of me. I never have to wait, and am treated with the utmost respect. I won't go anywhere else.

I have been getting my nails done for more than 20 plus years!! I have NEVER been without "fake nails" period... I also get my toes done every 4 weeks. I love this place and I ave tons of friends that go here!!! Most of the staff has been there for a long time everyone is friendly and my nails never looked so good!! This is a MUST go to period. Also they give back to their community as well...Go Angel Touch

The best place I have ever been. Love the people who work there, especially the owners. My whole family goes there with me, daughters, mom, husband, daughter's friends. Have never had a problem. Very clean, understand what you want, if they don't they will get a tech that knows what you want to help them. Never have a long wait. Very paitent, they painted my 2 young step-daughters nails for Christmas (age 2 and 3) with designs. The do amazing free hand designs. Would not go anywhere else to get my nails done. These reasons are why they were voted "Best of" for 2008 and 2009. They will always get my vote.

Extremely rude establishment. I went in there to try gel nails for the first time. Unfortunately the men I was talking to were not native English speakers. One asked me if I wanted liquid or powder gel and I responded, "I don't know. I've never had it before." He came back with a technician who proceeded to do just a regular French manicure on me. When I said I wanted something more lasting - the gel option - they removed the French manicure and another technician (one of the rude guys) started cutting my nails. I wondered why he was doing and he said that he was trying to fit me with a full set of tips. So I asked again, "Am I getting gel?" and He proceeded to lecture me on how I didn't know what I wanted and that he gets "HUNDREDS of CUSTOMERS in a week who know what they want. You have to ask for gel overlay." How am I supposed to know the technical term if I've never had it done before?!? Low patience, rude people, snotty establishment. I went closer to home and got gel no problem.

I went to Angel Touch Nails today sense they were voted best in Ahwatukee.The guy was rude and got up to answer the phones and greet new customers walking in the entire time and that is why the nail job was bad. I had the acrylic nails done so I was there awhile. The people that worked there did the usual speaking in their native language a lot and completely ignoring their customers. The rating of the "Best" must have gone to their head. They are the worst I have been to in years.

I have been going to Angel Touch Nails on Ray since they opened over a year ago. They are always really nice and accommodating. Longest I think I've ever had to wait was maybe 10 minutes and that was on a Saturday. Vincent and Christina are awesome!!
