I have used Ambassador Pest since moving to Arizona and have been so satisfied that I've referred many neighbors and friends to use their services. I like that they do not make me sign a contract but rather let me go month-to-month with a personal call each month to schedule what is most convenient for me. Frank I think is the best and I can always count on him to give any needed extra service to address any specific issues. With Frank I feel extremely confident and comfortable to have him inside my home without supervision (very trustworthy).

We have been using Ambassador Pest Control for both commercial and residential services for years. Our residential tech, Issac, is the best. Always professional, courteous and listens to our concerns. We have referred at least 4 of our neighbors and they are pleased with Issac as well. Keep up the good work!

Our service person is Isaac. He is polite, personable, and very easy to work with. He listens to our concerns and addresses them immediately. If all service persons were like Isaac, the customer service industry would have a much better reputation.

I have used this company for many years. I love my tech he pays very close attention to my needs and the pricing is very fair for the services preformed. I have never has to call them back my issues have always been resolved on the first trip! A Great Company!

Their technicians have very poor customer service skills. Services vary from technician to technician and from month to month. One technician will not spray the rocks, another would not have a problem. One technician would not spray behind the shutters, another would not have a problem. They always called to change the schedule by giving a lame excuse. Such as "Our record shows a different time". How could that be possible? My schedule is set on the third Wednesday of the month and the same time every month. Just to name a few.

Highly recommended because they showed up with in the time frame they promised. Their tec was very polite. The price was very good for the services provided
