I have been buying ink & printers from this company for about 6 years & was very satisfied . Then suddenly, after purchasing a refill for a Countinous ink system, my photo colours went south. I had recommended a friend who purchased a new printer and continuous ink system from them, and his new printer also printed the same defective off colour photos. Instead of telling me what went wrong, I was stonewalled. So be careful when buying from this company from now on. George Swenson
