Based in Phoenix, Ariz., Air Gear Industries International Inc. is a certified aircraft repair facility. It refurbishes aircraft parts, such as gears, splines, shafts and components through the Federal Aviation Administration (FAA)/ Joint Aviation Authorities (JAA) processes. The facility s capabilities include inspection of gears/splines, honing, lapping, grinding, removal/replacement of worn splines, grind/plate grind repairs for shaft and bearing diameters, disassembly/reassembly of components and engineering. It is a member of the American Gear Manufacturers Association (AGMA).
