- Pediatric CareMichelle Barnett, a Family Nurse Practitioner, is orginally from a small town in central Utah. She received her RN at the College of Eastern Utah. She received her Masters at the University of Utah. She is certified through the American Nurses Credentialing Center (ANCC). Her work experience includes: two years at the University of North Carolina orthopedic department doing joint injections, soft tissue or muscle injuries and arthritis pain, four years experience in pediatrics and almost 10 years experience in family medicine.

He received his medical degree from Ross University in 1998 and successfully completed his family medicine residency at University of Illinois in Peoria, Illinois in 2001. Dr. Nichols has been board certified in Family Medicine since 2001. Before joining AFMC, Dr. Nichols worked as a full time physician in Tempe St. Luke's Emergency Department, and has worked part time in the Emergency Room at Wickenburg Regional Hospital since 2001.

- Orthopedic SurgeryMr. Whitmore grew up in the state of Oregon. In 1980, he moved to Arizona and settled in the East Valley. He graduated from Grand Canyon University with his Bachelor of Science degree in biology, followed by a Master of Science degree in Physician Assistant Studies at Arizona School of Health Sciences at A.T. Still University in 2000. After earning the National Certification designation, (PA-C), he has practiced medicine in various areas including, Emergency Medicine, Urgent Care, Dermatology, Orthopedic Surgery and Family Medicine. He is a fellow member of the American Academy of Family Practice PA's, Arizona State Association of PA's and the American Academy of Physician Assistants. Outside of his profession he spends time with family and friends enjoying the outdoors. He is married and has 4 children and two grandchildren.
