I took my car in to get a water-pump replaced and they nonchalantly wrote-up a astronomical estimate of what such a job would cost, including tons of extra work not required. When I insisted that they just change the water-pump, they informed me the head gasket had come aloose upon completion of the job, and took no responsibility for it whatsoever. Rather, what the offered me was a ride home and a couple of days to decide if I wanted them to do another estimated $1650 in work to get back on the road? Absolute crooks!
