Their billing is a mess. Invoice left at home different from statement sent. Missed scheduled service.

I refer my customers to Acorn Propane for their pool and spa heat needs. They always seem to have the best price and they can tell you a day for delivery. Definetly better than getting told "sometime next week." I have worked with several of the service guys there and they are great.

Have called them four times to set up service and didn't go any where. The last time I called, they promised to call us right back for scheduling and they didn't even bother to call us back. What a way to treat their new customers. We are going elsewhere, to be sure.
